Complaining is a problem that often causes us to question and doubt God. We even complain sometimes when God bless us because we think that He did not bless us how we thought He should have. God knows better than anyone when and how to bless us. In this sermon, the Israelites had been delivered out of Egyptian slavery by the strong hand of God, but when they found themselves in the wilderness, and might I add, due to their complaining; they complained about having no water and food and even accused God of bringing them out of Egypt to starve to death in the wilderness. Yet, despite their complaining, God kept His promise to give them the Promise Land. The purpose of this lesson is to remind us that God will keep His Promise to us regardless of the trials and hardship we will endure in this life.
